It’s time to gear up for our biggest (and easiest) fundraiser of the year! The 2026 Camp Card sale is officially here, and it’s a fantastic way for our Scouts to fund their own adventures while giving our Den the resources we need for a year of fun.

Why We Sell Camp Cards

Every card sold directly impacts your Scout’s experience. The funds raised help cover:

  • Den Activities & Supplies: New gear, craft supplies, and meeting materials.

  • Reduced Costs: Helping lower the out-of-pocket expenses for field trips and campouts.

  • Skill Building: Scouts learn confidence, money management, and the value of "earning their own way."

  • Cost: Each card is just $10.

How It Works: 4 Simple Steps

  1. Request Your Cards: Order cards in packs of 20. You can reorder as many as you need throughout the sale!

  2. Start Selling: Sell to family, friends, neighbors, or join us for organized Den "Show & Sells."

  3. Track & Submit: Keep a clear record of your sales. We will collect prize sheets on March 1st, April 1st, and April 30th.

  4. No Risk: Return any unused, undamaged cards at no cost.

    Please note: Parents are responsible for the value of any lost or damaged cards.

🗓️ Key Dates to Remember

  • February 1: Sales officially begin!

  • March 1: First Prize Sheet Due.

  • April 1: Second Prize Sheet Due.

  • April 30: Sale Ends. Final prize sheets due to qualify for Top Seller events.

  • May 2: Settlement #1.

  • May 6: Final Settlement Deadline.

Camp card packs contain 20 coupon cards.


Any unsold cards must be returned in good condition. You will not be charged for any unsolved cards as long as they are returned in good condition.


The cost of any cards lost or returned damaged will be charged to the scout/guardian.


We will reach out to you to arrange pick-up.
